An annual subscription to Dashlane’s premium password manager is on sale for just $39, which is more than $20 off and a 35 percent savings. Just use the code “SEPT35” at checkout. The company says it’s in celebration of something called Cybersecurity Awareness Month, which doesn’t actually start until October. It’s always nice to see a festive new holiday.

Anyway, this deal is for the Premium plan, which includes unlimited password and passkey storage. Users also get phishing alerts to spot attacks, dark web monitoring, and more. This plan also comes with a VPN, which I’ve found especially useful for watching my stories in another country.

Dashlane earned a spot on our list of the best password managers. We praised its strong suite of features and found that some of these tools, like password storage, are available with the free plan as well. We also noted the secure sharing functionality, with password sharing built into the system itself. It’s also available for a number of platforms, including macOS, iOS, Android, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and other browsers.

One major platform is missing, though, which could be a dealbreaker for some. Dashlane doesn’t support Linux. There’s also the issue of the annual subscription. There’s no telling how much it’ll cost next year, though changing password managers isn’t as difficult as it used to be. There’s also a free plan if the price increases get too steep. This deal ends on September 22.

As the world changes, so do console generations. The Nintendo Switch is over seven years old, so it’s in need of a refresh. Nintendo Switch 2 rumors have been swirling for years, but now we’re getting some hints. The company officially revealed the sequel to its most successful home console ever in a brief trailer on January 16.

The Switch 2 looks functionally the same as the original system, though it has a larger display, magnetic Joy-Cons, and a sleeker design. The company also confirmed that the upcoming console will be backward compatible with Switch games.

While the reveal confirmed some rumors and gave some interesting details for those who were keeping a close eye on it, Nintendo is still keeping its cards close to its chest. We’ll have to wait until a special Nintendo Direct on April 2 for all the interesting details. What’s annoying is that that date is Wednesday and not Two-As-Day.
